SYNOPSIS
The documentary film PINK POWER tells the story of the “Küsten-Pinkies” (Coastal Pinkies) on their way to the European Dragon Boat Championships. However, these women from East Frisia, led by coach Yvonne, are no ordinary dragon boat team – every woman in the boat has breast cancer or is affected by the long-term effects of the disease. Thus, they are not only literally in the same boat on their way to the European Championships in Italy, but also in their fight against cancer.
