JUNIFILM is a Berlin based production company making distinctive theatrical and TV-features as well as documentaries for an international marketplace. Junifilm has a passion for directorial debuts and supports innovative and up-coming talents.
Our clients and partners include the broadcasters, ZDF, RBB, MDR, SWR, BR and the distributors, Falcom Media, Arsenal and Salzgeber. Junifilm has strong ties to the regional and federal subsidy authorities, including the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung, Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein, BKM and Kuratorium junger deutscher Film.
The company is jointly owned by Anke Hartwig, producer and CEO, and Niklas Bäumer. Christin Meyer works as creative producer of documentaries and international co-productions. Junifilm also works together with a variety of freelancers for the realisation (pre-production, production, post-production) of projects.
